Is there a way to adjust this “cot” so your knees/feet are elevated?

This is just like your typical outside lounge chair.
Knees and feet will not be elevated, except for straight out.

Does this ‘fold up’ into normal chair (both 90 degree back and foot) position as well as cot and lounge? Is it normal height for a chair?

Definitely not the height as a normal chair. But it works well as a lounge chair .
